Sister / Charge Nurse | Surgical Theatre

Role Summary

Qualifications and Skills Required

· Valid NMC/HCPC registration without any restrictions

· Experience in supporting a nursing team

· Proficiency in surgical scrubbing for orthopaedic procedures, such as hip and knee arthroplasties and anterior cruciate ligament surgeries

· Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is advantageous but not mandatory

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently

· Adaptable and positive mindset
