Position Overview

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with an hour unpaid lunch break).

About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is excited to present a unique opportunity for an individual who enjoys engaging with people and possesses a strong background in administration and customer relations. This 'live-in' role as the Residential Community Manager offers a diverse and fulfilling experience, allowing you to positively impact the lives of our residents daily.

As the primary contact on-site, you will oversee property maintenance and deliver exceptional service to residents. Your responsibilities will include organizing community activities, coordinating with contractors, conducting health and safety inspections, and much more.

This role is crucial for the success of the community and the satisfaction of residents, making it a highly rewarding position.

About You

To thrive in this role, you must be able to reside on-site in the provided rent-free apartment. A passion for outstanding customer service is essential. You should possess a friendly and outgoing demeanor, with a genuine love for interacting with people. Your ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy, combined with the assertiveness needed to ensure the safety and security of the community, will be key to your success.

Although this position involves significant social interaction, you should also be comfortable working independently and using your initiative. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, are required to effectively manage events and site maintenance.

This role is particularly suited for individuals with experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health and social care sectors. A successful Community Manager is someone who enjoys being 'front of house' and is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service while demonstrating excellent organizational skills.
