About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Residential Lodge Manager. This live-in position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while enjoying a rent-free, 2-bedroom apartment on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Organize activities and events that promote a sense of community and well-being among residents.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs, ensuring the development remains safe and secure.
  • Liaise with residents, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the administration of the site, including health and safety checks, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retirement living, social housing, or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work calmly under pressure and make sound judgments in sensitive situations.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to our company values: TORCH (Trust, Openness, Respect, Communication, Honesty).
