About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Lift Supervisor to join our team at Venn Group. As a Lift Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of elevators and lifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators and lifts
  • Conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff members

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and certifications (CPCS or NPORS and Safety Critical Medical)
  • Proven experience in lift maintenance and repair
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
