IT SaaS Vendor Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled IT SaaS Vendor Management Lead to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited. As a key member of our IT Business Management Department, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes through our strategic vendor relationships.
Main Responsibilities:- Vendor Performance Oversight: Monitor and manage SaaS vendor performance to ensure compliance with service levels and contractual obligations.
- Supplier Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SaaS vendors to protect client interests and ensure fair market value.
- Assurance Model Development: Create and maintain SaaS assurance models for vendors within the allocated portfolio, focusing on areas such as information security, compliance, and data governance.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms for strategic IT contracts to achieve beneficial outcomes for clients and their customers.
- Market Innovation: Stay up-to-date with innovation and opportunities in the SaaS vendor market, translating them into strategic outcomes for clients.
- Experience: Demonstrable experience managing SaaS vendors across the financial services market.
- Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and deal with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization. Ability to test and challenge business assumptions.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Azure Cloud platforms and compliance with standards such as PRA S2/21 and ISO27001:2022.
