IT SaaS Vendor Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled IT SaaS Vendor Management Lead to join our team at Proactive Appointments Limited. As a key member of our IT Business Management Department, you will be responsible for delivering business outcomes through our strategic vendor relationships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Performance Oversight: Monitor and manage SaaS vendor performance to ensure compliance with service levels and contractual obligations.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SaaS vendors to protect our clients' interests and ensure fair market value.
  • Assurance Model Development: Create and maintain SaaS assurance models for vendors within our allocated portfolio, focusing on areas such as information security, compliance, and data governance.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms for strategic IT contracts to achieve beneficial outcomes for our clients and their customers.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience managing SaaS vendors across the financial services market.
  • Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and deal with a range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organization. Ability to test and challenge business assumptions.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of Azure Cloud platforms and compliance standards such as PRA S2/21 and ISO27001:2022.
