Main Responsibilities:

The Procurement Heads are seeking a highly skilled SaaS Vendor Manager to join their team. As a key member of the procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of SaaS vendors, developing and managing supplier relationships to protect business interests and ensure costs reflect fair market value.

You will develop and maintain SaaS assurance models for vendors within the allocated portfolio, supporting areas such as Information Security, Compliance, and Data Governance. Additionally, you will ensure any negotiation of commercial terms for strategic IT contracts provides beneficial outcomes for the business and the customer.

As a SaaS Vendor Manager, you will provide subject matter input to facilitate commercial terms discussions and value of contracts alongside or supporting the Central Procurement Team as appropriate. You will also maintain an awareness of innovation and opportunities in the SaaS Vendor market, translating these into strategic business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing SaaS vendor performance and developing supplier relationships
  • Developing and maintaining SaaS assurance models for vendors
  • Negotiating commercial terms for strategic IT contracts
  • Providing subject matter input for commercial terms discussions
  • Maintaining awareness of innovation and opportunities in the SaaS Vendor market
