Job Description

Role: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at VINCI Energies. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from initial negotiation to final testing, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

You will work closely with our clients in the food and beverage industry, as well as our internal design and management teams, to deliver complex control systems projects. Your expertise in PLC-based control system architecture, PLC, HMI and SCADA coding, machine safety, and integrated system safety will be essential in leading these projects.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and presenting detailed technical proposals and quotations for bespoke control systems
  • Negotiating with clients and internal stakeholders to agree on project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Leading project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Providing technical supervision of system design, build, and installation personnel
  • Preparing and presenting project reviews and evaluations to management

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who has:

  • Excellent technical knowledge of PLC-based control system architecture, PLC, HMI and SCADA coding, machine safety, and integrated system safety
  • Proven experience in leading complex projects from initial negotiation to final testing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and project teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
