With sales of £3m through high street multiples and Amazon, the company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Manager to join their senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the company's future success.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Manager to lead the finance function and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth
    • Prepare and present financial reports to the senior leadership team
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the company's financial systems, including budgeting and forecasting
    • Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and VAT returns
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to provide insights into business performance
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and manage the finance team to achieve business objectives
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve team skills and knowledge
