At Mitchell Maguire, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to join our team. As a Junior Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out, you will be responsible for managing high-quality fit-out projects for commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from cradle to grave, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with Tier 1 contractors, architects, and specifying consultants to deliver exceptional results.
  • Liaise regularly with Design, Pre-Construction, and Installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Attend pre-contract and client meetings to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Ensure financial elements of the projects are managed effectively, maintaining margins and controlling costs.
  • Communicate with clients to resolve queries and address any issues that may arise.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure a smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of project management experience within the commercial fit-out/design & build market sector.
  • Good technical knowledge and understanding of industry processes, materials, and costs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full UK driving license and vehicle.
  • Well-presented, confident, and motivated individual.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
