Role Overview
Landmarc is seeking an IT Coordinator who will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution of various projects while supporting IT Project Managers. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the management of project timelines and schedules.
- Coordinating activities across diverse teams, particularly within product teams.
- Gathering and analyzing project-related data, identifying issues and risks that require attention.
- Developing and updating project dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations for enhancements.
Effective communication is essential in this position. The IT Coordinator will facilitate smooth interactions among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management by:
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Creating and disseminating communications such as newsletters and updates to keep users informed about IT developments.
Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for process enhancements within the Project Management Office (PMO) and across IT initiatives. Responsibilities also include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of PMO standards and best practices.

- Tracking supplier contracts and performance, ensuring effective supplier management.
