About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Care Advisor. As a key member of our referral management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with fellow administrators to manage high call volumes, complex cases, and sensitive information.
  • Utilize our electric patient booking system to complete administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop strong communication and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and task completion.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
