Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Site Operations Manager with a strong background in Structures and Civil Engineering, particularly within the Rail sector. This position will focus on overseeing the Southern Renewals Enterprise, which encompasses a decade-long commitment to various projects across the Southern Route.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of projects within the Structures portfolio, including:
    • New and Replacement Bridges
    • Tunnels
    • Access for All initiatives
    • Structural Refurbishments
    • Retaining Structures
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and environmental management.
  • Utilize proven technical and project management skills to deliver successful outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery within Network Rail Infrastructure.
  • Possession of relevant certifications such as PTS and CSCS.
  • In-depth understanding of safety, quality, and environmental issues pertinent to the construction environment.
