Job Summary:

The Quality and Training Regional Lead is a key role within our Quality division in Operations, reporting directly to the Global Head of Quality Management (including Training and Leakage). This executive position is responsible for ensuring and enhancing the quality of services and processes within their region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management strategies to ensure high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction in the region.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes and foster continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with the central quality team and cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and maintain Operations quality standards, meeting regulatory requirements and driving a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and measure customer satisfaction levels (VoC/NPS), identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives aligned with the Group quality strategy.
  • Conduct OFR/CFR to identify leakage and define improvement measures within the organization.
  • Manage complaints and deliver training to employees to enhance understanding of quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge in quality and training environments.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to interact easily with senior management and clearly articulate your position.
  • Ability to multitask and work remotely in an international environment.
