About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team at Churchill Living Ltd as an HR Apprentice. As an HR Apprentice, you will play a key role in supporting the HR team in our Head Office based in Ringwood.

You will report to the Head of Human Resources and will be responsible for supporting the HR team across the entire employee lifecycle for 700 colleagues. During the apprenticeship, you will spend time in our Recruitment, HR, and Learning and Development teams to gain a rounded experience of a busy and professional HR team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment team with screening CVs, advertising vacancies, shortlisting candidates, and arranging interviews
  • Respond to queries in the HR mailboxes and ensure that all colleagues receive timely responses to their queries
  • Produce documentation, such as new starter offers and contracts, promotions, employee changes, and references
  • Ensure our HR system (PeopleHR) is kept up to date with any employee updates
  • Assist with the starter and leaver processes
  • Support the learning & development team with organizing training
  • Provide a high level of customer service to all colleagues
