Customer Service Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join our team at Guidant Global. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals and working closely with the Security & Customer Service Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Security & Customer Service Manager to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service leadership or management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
