Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Watkin Jones. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide exceptional support to our Operations Directors, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily diary management, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Manage the Operations Directors' administration, including report compilation, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Prepare presentations, maintain records, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Travel to our Bangor office (eligible for expenses) and work from home at times, requiring a driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong IT literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences and situations.
- Excellent team player with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
