Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary:**

Serply is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Broughton, Flintshire. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting and handling large and small detailed alloy aircraft and automotive components
  • Reporting non-conformities and ensuring all inspections are recorded to company procedures in line with customer requirements
  • Inspecting wet and dry decontaminated parts and completing shot sampling analysis for all machines using sieves and shot shaker machine
  • Verifying all operations have been completed and attached correct certification when parts are processed
  • Liaising with delivery drivers and maintaining accurate documents and records in accordance with company procedures

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail in completing work tasks and identifying defects
  • Good computer skills and ability to use inspecting equipment such as 10x magnifiers, UV torch, Calipers, DTI Almen gauges and calibration equipment
  • Reliable, responsible and dependable, with the ability to maintain composure even in difficult situations and work well under pressure
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
