Quality Control Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Engineer to join our team at Quality Personnel Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products or services provided by vendors meet acceptable standards through incoming inspection.
  • Act as a focal point for customer concerns, conducting root cause investigations and implementing corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure company compliance with environmental requirements, including ISO 9001, 14001, and other relevant standards.
  • Oversee and update the Quality Management System.
  • Collaborate with Design, Operations, and stakeholders to introduce new products into the business, optimizing timescales, costs, and practicality.
  • Review processes to improve productivity, quality, and reduce costs.
  • Develop and write compliance and regulatory documentation for products, representing the company with external bodies.
  • Conduct quality checks on incoming products from suppliers, sample inspection reports, and quality watch inspection planner.
  • Complete non-conformance Excel documents, manage BSI Portal, and conduct internal and external audits.
  • Regularly review and address quality-related issues, develop process and procedures for manufacture and assembly, and respond to customer questionnaires.

Requirements:

  • Above-average Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards.
  • Ability to read technical drawings.
  • Auditing experience.
