About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Counter Sales Manager to join our team at Skin + Me. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Skincare Specialists and driving sales growth in our John Lewis, Newcastle upon Tyne counter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Skincare Specialists to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales & Education team to create innovative events and promotions
  • Ensure the counter remains stocked and report any concerns to the National Field Sales & Education team
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with retailer and department store staff
  • Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly administration to a high standard
Requirements
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for skincare and staying up-to-date on industry trends
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of skincare concerns, ingredients, and product formulations is a plus
