About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team at Humres - Construction Recruitment Specialists. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the height safety installation and recertification sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company.
  • Report daily sales and quotations, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and contracts, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Generate enquiries from sales calls and fully utilize lead generation systems to drive sales growth.
  • Produce quotations from customer enquiries based on relevant design standards, and follow up on quotations to ensure conversion.
  • Attend monthly review meetings to analyze results and provide feedback to improve future performance and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • A practical and growth mindset, with a strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in administrative tasks.
  • Ambition to grow within the sales industry, with a strong focus on customer relationships and sales growth.
  • Exposure to the construction industry is desirable, but not essential.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Strong mathematical and English skills, with a minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualifications.
