We are seeking a highly skilled Product Information Management Specialist to join our team at JSL Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our vehicle data management.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the integration of client part numbers into our global Product Information Management tool.
- Drive research to identify or validate new vehicle application connections to existing part numbers, enhancing our client's market presence.
- Contrast key defined competitors' reference details against part numbers to bolster our client's competitive edge.
- Ensure the accuracy of data storage hubs.
- Consistently update and maintain product relational part number repositories.
- Facilitate product photography, collaborating with professional photographers as needed.
- Manage TecDoc updates and maintenance.
- Engage proactively with internal teams, particularly Category, Product, and Engineering departments.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, addressing feedback and challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
- Embody our company's core values, inspiring colleagues with unparalleled dedication and professionalism.
- A seasoned professional in the Automotive Aftermarket or motor trade business.
- Prior experience as a Catalogue Specialist within main dealerships or the aftermarket domain is desirable.
- A firm grasp on car parts complemented by foundational mechanical knowledge.
- Proficiency in using TecDoc or derivative systems, such as Teccat/Webcat.
- Familiarity with ERP and industry-specific Cataloguing/Analytics Tools, notably CCU (though not essential).
- Stellar communication capabilities.
- Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
