**About the role**:
The role-holder is the product data specialist, supporting the Product Marketing team in ensuring our customers have the right data in the right format to meet their needs through the implementation and management of the PIM system. The role-holder is also responsible for managing the local UK product approval processes, managing relationships with the approval agencies to ensure delivery. The role-holder will also be responsible for establishing and managing the downstream Scope 3 emission reporting.

**On a daily basis you’ll have the opportunity to;**
- Understand UK requirements and feed into the Group PIM System Project.
- Become System expert for the Product Marketing Team
- Custodian of product certification, liaising with group for group owned certification activity and managing local product approvals (MCS, PCDB etc.) to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage customer Product Data Requests to ensure we have the right product data to support our products in the market place
- Co-ordinate the delivery of Life Cycle Analysis (LCAs) as a key part of our product proposition
- Deliver WEEE Data
- Deliver waste packaging data
- Establish method of Scope 3 carbon emission reporting for the UK business

**About you**

Essential:

- Degree level in technical or data analysis
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent reporting skills
- Good communication and influencing skills

Desirable:

- Product knowledge
- Knowledge of sustainability reporting and Lifecycle Analysis creation
- Knowledge of the HVAC industry
- Project Management
