We are seeking a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join our growing Building Surveying team, based in Honiton, providing a broad spectrum of building surveying advice across a diverse client base of predominantly education and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Building condition surveys
- Defect diagnosis reports
- Design and specification
- Contract administration
- Statutory applications
- Dilapidations
- Project management
- CDM advice
Requirements include a degree in Building Surveying, a keen interest in gaining Chartered Status through the RICS APC process on the building surveying pathway, and a balanced professional services and project-based role.
Competence in AutoCAD is also required.
