Job Description

We are seeking a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor to join our growing Building Surveying team, based in Honiton. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including building condition surveys, defect diagnosis reports, design and specification, contract administration, statutory applications, dilapidations, project management, and CDM advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct building condition surveys and prepare defect diagnosis reports.
  • Assist in design and specification, contract administration, and statutory applications.
  • Provide CDM advice and support project management.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and ambitious with a drive to progress and establish themselves in the practice.
  • Competent in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
