Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor to join our growing Building Surveying team, based in Honiton. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including building condition surveys, defect diagnosis reports, design and specification, contract administration, statutory applications, dilapidations, project management, and CDM advice.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct building condition surveys and prepare defect diagnosis reports.
- Assist in design and specification, contract administration, and statutory applications.
- Provide CDM advice and support project management.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored advice.
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Self-motivated and ambitious with a drive to progress and establish themselves in the practice.
- Competent in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Attractive salary, negotiable depending on experience.
- Car allowance (for Graduate position only).
- 25 days holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays.
