We are seeking a Graduate / Assistant Building Surveyor to join our Building Surveying team in Honiton. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including building condition surveys, defect diagnosis reports, design and specification, contract administration, statutory applications, dilapidations, project management, and CDM advice.

Key Requirements:

* Degree qualified in Building Surveying
* Keen to gain Chartered Status through the RICS APC process on the building surveying pathway
* Seeking a balanced professional services and project-based role
* Competent on AutoCAD
