Responsibilities
* Manage a patch of 200 customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records through regular contact and relationship-building
* Answer calls and handle queries related to customer wellbeing, providing empathetic and compassionate care
* Visit customers in their homes to install simple equipment, with full training provided
Requirements
* Professional and pleasant demeanor, with confidence on the phone and a positive attitude
* Hardworking and proactive, with a strong work ethic and self-starter attitude
