We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at JEM Childcare Solutions. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care and education for our children.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Manager in the overall management of the nursery, including staff supervision and development.
- Lead and motivate a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development of the nursery's curriculum and educational programs.
- Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years/Childcare.
- At least 3 years' experience of working in a Day Nursery, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to inspire, energize, and support others.
- Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
- Firm knowledge of Ofsted Regulatory standards and requirements.
