About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the total reward strategy for our clients, including benefits and compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Benefits Management: Develop and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of our clients, including private medical, dental, insurance, and employee benefits.
  • Employee Communications: Manage employee queries and communications related to changes in benefits and compensation.
  • Total Rewards Liaison: Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure seamless total rewards management.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of 2 professionals in managing international benefits.
  • Compensation Analysis: Conduct compensation analysis and provide support to senior stakeholders.
  • Pension Administration: Manage pension administration and contributions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in leading total reward for a similar organization.
  • Financial and Benefits Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills in financial and benefits management, with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Radford and WTW surveys.
  • Consulting Experience: Ideal experience in consulting, either internally or client-facing.
  • EMEA and APAC Experience: Experience working in EMEA and APAC, including India.
