Senior Credit Risk Manager

Job DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and adhering to credit risk standards and policies. You will also oversee the first line of defence's policy adherence framework, utilising existing processes and data sources and building new components as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain credit risk policies and procedures
- Oversee the first line of defence's policy adherence framework
- Collaborate with policy owners and operational stakeholders to identify areas of change
- Own the policy adherence reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Ensure the suite of operational process documents are designed efficiently
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience within a credit granting environment
- People management experience
- Experience of being part of change initiatives and projects
- Experience of working with influencing and senior stakeholders
