Senior Credit Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Credit Risk Manager to join our team at Together. As a key member of our credit risk management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit risk standards and policies, as well as overseeing the first line of defence's policy adherence framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain credit risk policies and procedures
- Oversee the first line of defence's policy adherence framework
- Collaborate with policy owners and operational stakeholders to identify areas of change
- Own the policy adherence reporting and ad-hoc analysis
- Ensure the suite of operational process documents are designed efficiently
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a credit granting environment
- People management experience
- Experience of being part of change initiatives and projects
- Experience of working with influencing and senior stakeholders
