Job Summary:

TestYantra Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our team. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to grow existing relationships.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business plans, driving revenue growth and expanding our footprint in the market.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of our services and value proposition.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and sales pipeline development.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5-15 years of experience in selling IT services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies, with experience in cross-selling various service lines to customers.
  • Skills: Ability to present and interact at CxO levels, with consultative sales capability and strong account management skills.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to different client locations, with occasional international travel for business discussions or conferences.
