Role:

As the HR and Office Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our dynamic start-up company in the EV industry. This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of HR and office management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to the management team on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure effective policies and processes are in place to support the smooth operation of the office.
  • Manage office logistics, including equipment, supplies, and facility upkeep.
  • Oversee the administration of benefits, compensation, and pay processes.
  • Develop and implement proactive approaches to employee engagement, recognition, development, wellness, and diversity.
Requirements:
  • Several years' experience as a HR generalist, with a strong grounding in all aspects of HR.
  • Proven experience in a dual HR/OM role, with a focus on creating internal structure and building processes from the ground up.
  • Self-motivated, with exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Strong commercial focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and Microsoft software.
