Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to clinical teams, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical standards.
  • Manage and develop clinical teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Services Manager to develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, including clinical audits and patient safety reviews.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.

Surrey Heath Community Providers is a federation of 7 GP practices, employing around 200 staff members. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care and improving healthcare outcomes in our community.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration.
  • Experience in clinical leadership, team management, and quality improvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
  • Computer literate, including EMIS and spreadsheets.

Salary: £35,392 to £50,056 per annum (FTE), depending on experience.
