About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Primary Care Clinical Team in Surrey Heath. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality urgent care and minor illness management to patients across our 7 GP Practices.

You will work under a Fixed Term Contract, supporting core general practice capacity and working as part of a positive, proactive, and collaborative primary care clinical team. Your expertise in general practice and ability to work autonomously will be essential in managing a caseload of booked appointments for on-the-day and urgent care needs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide urgent care and minor illness management to patients
  • Manage a caseload of booked appointments for on-the-day and urgent care needs
  • Work as part of a primary care clinical team to support core general practice capacity

Person Specification

  • Maths and English GCSE's (C and above) or equivalent
  • First-level professional registration with an appropriate professional body (e.g. HCPC, NMC, GPhC)
  • Community or Primary Care specialist qualification
  • Clinical supervision training and experience
