Treasury Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Team Leader to join our EMEA Shared Service Centre (SSC) in Frimley, Surrey. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality customer-focused treasury services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a strong understanding of treasury and banking operations. You will be responsible for managing the in-house cash centre, overseeing exposures to mitigate FX risk, and managing the loan portfolio. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to controls, cashflow and FX forecasting, FEBA and bank account management, and audit and SOARs compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the IHC/Back office Team
  • Oversee the in-house cash centre and strive for growth
  • Manage IHC exposures to mitigate FX risk and minimize FX gains/losses
  • Manage the loan portfolio
  • Responsible for the Back-office function ensuring adherence to controls
  • Cashflow and FX forecasting
  • FEBA and bank account management
  • Audit and SOARs compliance

Requirements

  • Proven Team Leadership experience
  • Well-rounded knowledge of both Treasury & Banking – ideally from a corporate Treasury background
  • Experience of driving a culture of trust within your team and developing team members' skills and capabilities through ongoing developmental coaching & feedback
