About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Surrey Heath Community Providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, team management, and guidance to our clinical teams.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our clinical teams
  • Support the Clinical Services Manager with service delivery and service improvement
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Lead on quality improvement initiatives and clinical audit
  • Provide comprehensive line management and supervision to clinical teams
  • Work clinically as required to support the service
  • Undertake project work and evaluations linked to development, quality, and governance

Surrey Heath Community Providers is a federation of 7 GP practices across 10 sites, covering a population of over 103,000 patients. We are committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our community.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with active NMC registration
  • Post-registration qualification in a relevant area of practice
  • Teaching and assessing qualification, NMC Assessor and Supervisor status
  • Good understanding of current nursing and AHP workforce issues
  • Good working knowledge of clinical governance and ability to describe its practical application
  • Clear understanding of Primary Care Services
  • Ability to work well in stressful situations
  • Innovative and adaptable
