Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student programme requirements, including student induction, timetabling, and room bookings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the organisation of student activities and events, including Welcome Week and other student seminars and careers events.
  • Contribute to the development of detailed spreadsheets, using Excel skills to analyse and present data.
  • Organise and attend meetings, drafting agendas and papers, and taking minutes.
Requirements:
  • Experience working within a Higher Education setting and an understanding of the student lifecycle.
  • Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
  • Highly proficient in IT, particularly Microsoft Excel.
