Meridian Business Support Limited is currently recruiting for a Home Care Support Manager to cover three sites in the East region for a National Private Healthcare Provider.
As a Support Manager, your primary responsibility is to provide effective management and leadership support to our three Home Care Branches within the East region. This will involve:
- Developing and implementing effective operational strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Leading and managing a team of care professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with senior management to develop and implement business plans that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including those related to healthcare and data protection.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
