Key Responsibilities:

As a Regional Operations Leader, you will be responsible for providing impactful leadership and coaching to multiple restaurant teams. Your focus will be on enhancing performance across four essential areas: People, Customer Experience, Revenue, and Profitability. This role requires a hands-on approach, as you will be actively involved in restaurant operations, team management, and performance evaluations.

We seek a strategic planner with strong business insight and the ability to look beyond standard operational practices. A successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of achieving measurable outcomes, a record of career advancement, and experience in various business functions. In this role, you will:

  • Oversee restaurant strategies and initiatives, setting ambitious targets for your teams.
  • Utilize your business acumen to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within your restaurants.
  • Conduct quarterly performance reviews, concentrating on profitability, personnel, processes, and product quality.
  • Manage the recruitment process for restaurants, ensuring the selection of top talent who embody our core values: intelligence, compassion, and bravery.
  • Develop and nurture talent within your region to identify future leaders and enhance employee retention, showcasing KFC as an outstanding workplace.
  • Perform restaurant evaluations and audits.
