Job Title: Regional Manager - Recruitment Leader

Job Summary:

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our successful Northern Ireland operation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of recruiters, and delivering high-quality recruitment services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Establish and grow our presence in Northern Ireland by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of dedicated recruiters and administrative staff, providing mentorship, support, and guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds performance targets.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate branch performance and implement strategies to maximize efficiency, productivity, and overall profitability.
  • Client Relations: Nurture strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in the staffing industry, maintaining impeccable compliance standards.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the industry and the regional market to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a Recruitment Management role, ideally within high-volume temporary recruitment.
  • Experience in recruitment in the Healthcare Industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in Business Development and over-achievement on meeting targets and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines on a consistent basis.
  • A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
