We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Business Development Manager to join our team at Winning Moves UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic partnerships with key retailers.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the sales function for our US division, working with a range of internationally recognized entertainment brands and strategic licensor partners. You will report directly to the SVP – International and will be responsible for using your natural entrepreneurial ability and commercial acumen to drive sales growth via new listings, account development, and distributor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record in retail account/customer management, with a flair for relationship development and a passion for driving sales growth. You will also need to be a strong communicator and team player, with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
