About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Guest Service Assistant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Middlesbrough - Centre Square. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Service Management Team to ensure seamless delivery of guest services, including reception, food and beverage, and housekeeping.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, willing to work varied shifts, including nights, and be available to work on weekends and bank holidays.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of hotel operations, including front desk, food and beverage, and housekeeping, to provide informed support to guests.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain up-to-date with industry best practices.
