Prison Healthcare Specialist

Compass Associates is seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Advanced Nurse Practitioner to support the Prison Healthcare service in Durham. This well-established healthcare provider is a non-for-profit group that is passionate about breaking down health inequalities within the communities they serve.
As a successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be working within a Category B prison, providing outstanding levels of care throughout the patient's journey. You will be working collaboratively with a wide multidisciplinary team, including GPs, Pharmacists, Nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to provide the best outcomes for patients.
The ideal candidate will have a real passion for quality patient care and a desire to make a difference to those they care for. They will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as experience working within a Primary or Emergency Care setting.
