Job Overview

Position: Full-time role (minimum of 30 hours per week) with a schedule of 5 out of 7 days, including a combination of early and late shifts.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage.

We seek a self-assured candidate with outstanding customer service abilities, capable of effective communication with both guests and colleagues. As the initial point of contact for our visitors, you will greet them warmly and professionally. It is essential to demonstrate initiative and the ability to perform well under pressure, ensuring that we consistently surpass our guests' expectations through exceptional service.

A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing position is required. While experience in a high-volume hospitality setting is preferred, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
