We are in search of a responsible, enthusiastic, and effective leader to become a vital part of our management team, acting as the second-in-command during the absence of the site manager while overseeing, mentoring, and inspiring the team.

*Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager, your role will encompass overseeing store operations in the absence of management.

Utilizing your leadership abilities to ensure seamless team operations, drive sales, enhance profitability, and guarantee customer satisfaction.


*Primary Duties:

  • Manage inventory and stock control, including conducting weekly stock assessments and generating reports.
  • Ensure promotional items are adequately stocked and attractively displayed.
  • Monitor fuel stock levels by assessing current volumes, site stock, and delivery schedules.
  • Continuously strive to minimize waste and improve efficiency.
  • Evaluate and refine processes to enhance productivity and maximize results.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Report any store or personnel issues to the Store Manager.
  • Uphold Health & Safety, Food Safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure accurate banking and cash handling procedures.
  • Verify cash floats and ensure proper cashing up.
  • Complete banking summaries and perform necessary checks.
  • Adhere to age-restricted item policies and ensure proper ID verification.
