The ideal candidate will have previous experience in management or supervision of personnel within a retail outlet, with a strong commercial awareness and excellent leadership credentials. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the store manager in the day-to-day operation of the store, including managing stock, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Maximizing store profitability by promoting sales within the store, including analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Leading and developing a team of sales assistants, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Collaborating with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, including creating visual displays and promotional materials.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
