About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Surbiton FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our wet facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all members and visitors
  • Monitor and respond to incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with members to ensure their needs are met
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives

Requirements

  • National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)
  • Ability to provide ongoing training records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
