About the role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Surbiton FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our swimming pool facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a safe and welcoming environment for all members and visitors
- Monitor the swimming pool area and respond to any incidents or emergencies
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean and tidy pool area
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve your skills
What we offer
As a Lifeguard at Nuffield Health, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.25 and a range of benefits, including access to our pension scheme and discounted gym membership.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) and have a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. You will also need to be able to work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.
