Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at Nuffield Health Surbiton FWC. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and visitors while using our swimming pool facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all members and visitors
- Monitor and maintain the safety of our swimming pool facilities, including the swimming pool, spa pool, sauna, and steam room
- Respond promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies that may arise
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Contribute to the development and implementation of safety procedures and protocols
